Gabby is a licensed clinical social worker who strives to create a calm, safe, and comfortable space for individuals to engage in therapeutic work to improve their mental wellbeing and overall quality of life. Gabby is a firm believer in the power of acknowledging and talking through thoughts, feelings, and experiences aloud as they so easily get tangled and overwhelming when left unsaid.
Her goal as a therapist is to help individuals build insight and develop coping tools so that they leave sessions with a greater sense of control and capacity to manage their mental health in everyday life. Gabby specializes in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults that are experiencing a variety of mental health concerns from general life stress, anxiety, or depression to post-traumatic stress, psychosis, or serious mental illness. Gabby uses a person-centered approach and will utilize an evidenced-based therapeutic intervention that matches a person's overall intentions and goals for therapy.
