Today was our first time visiting with Dr. Crystal Brown. I have an 11 year old and a 13 year old. We had a positive experience from the moment we stepped inside the door. Our pediatrician retired last year so we had to find a new doctor for the kids. Dr. Brown was thorough, kind and patient. She talked to the kids about themselves instead of asking me. I appreciate that. I believe we made a great choice choosing Dr. Brown as our pediatrician.

It's great to be able to get an appointment with the kids' doctor after 5pm. We have been dealing with fevers now for the last 4 days. Urgent Care simply said he has a cold, tested negative for flu, covid, and strep. If symptoms get worse see PCP. Ended up making the appointment when I got home from work and found my son worse than yesterday. Turned out he has an ear infection. Doc and nurse were wonderful! Thank you for taking care of my kids!
