I had a same day appointment with Dr. Summers. She was polite, answered my questions, and very thorough. I was in and out of there in no time. This location does your blood work and EKG if you need to be cleared for a surgery. The staff were polite and the establishment was clean. They offered no contact check in which I thought was pretty cool on the kiosk. I would recommend this location and this doctor 100%. They provide Primary Care as well.
Until a week ago, I hadn’t heard of an urgent care facility that also offers primary care. With my former PCP’s sudden retirement and after waiting 8 hours in the ER without being seen, I decided to give AllCare a try. I couldn’t be more pleased! They offer a seamless process from online scheduling, checking in and being seen, to an in-office lab draw, text/email updates, a patient portal for lab test results & between-appointment secure messaging with my doctor, as well as online payment. All in a comfortable and clean location. The front desk staff and lab tech were polite, friendly, and helpful.
I have Dr. Summers as my primary care doctor and she is amazing and very detail oriented. She answers all my questions and gives me tons of feedback with options tailored to me.
I walked in at about 11:15 and walked out at noon with a diagnosis, some prescriptions, and all my questions answered. I will definitely be coming back for any other urgent care needs.
From front office to treatment room, everything went smoothly and in timely manner. Each person was kind, took detailed history and were thorough during exam. Much more organized than other places I’ve been.
