Jennifer implements evidence-based approaches using both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered treatment (PC) interventions. She uses a creative and engaging therapeutic approach by using a holistic view in her practice. She has been treating adolescents, young adults, and couples for over 12 years. She brings experience working with clients struggling with mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorders, self-destructive behaviors, anxiety, sexual trauma, anger management, relationship conflicts, as well as other life’s struggles.
Jennifer believes the client-therapist relationship is of the utmost importance and her goal is to lead clients through a journey of awareness while supporting them with hope, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. Jennifer appreciates the courage it takes to reach out for counseling, and offers a healing environment where the client feels respected, safe, and empowered.
